Our Approach

  • 01Discovery/Planning R&D

    Following an initial series of discovery sessions, our team will leverage a Zoho Sandbox environment to build, test, and fine-tune your CRM solution before it goes live. Throughout the process, we prioritize data integrity and security. Once the system is ready, we’ll present a detailed project plan, including key milestones and a finalized budget, for your review and approval.

  • During implementation, we set up workflows, blueprints, and custom code tailored to the requirements uncovered during discovery. Key integrations are executed, and we keep you informed with regular progress updates through screen-sharing sessions.

  • We thoroughly review every aspect of the system during the testing phase to ensure seamless process flow. Any bugs or gaps are resolved, and necessary refinements are made. Once internal testing is complete, a select group of your users will participate in beta testing and collaborate with us on final approval.

  • After system approval, we develop a tailored training manual and arrange training sessions according to your schedule. Sessions are typically held in small groups organized by role, with recordings available for reference. We also provide one-on-one training for administrators or users requiring extra assistance. Alternatively, we can adopt a ‘train-the-trainer’ model to empower your internal trainers to conduct the sessions.

  • After completing testing and training, we deploy your system to the live production environment. This is followed by a stabilization phase where users acclimate to the platform and share feedback. During this period, we suggest minimizing new customizations to prioritize user adoption. Depending on system usage, we also provide adoption consulting to boost engagement and help plan ongoing improvements.

  • Once your system is live in the production environment, we continue to offer support as needed. Typically, our assistance is billed hourly, while we recommend routing routine user questions to your internal help desk. For more advanced issues or customization requests, your help desk can reach out to our team, who will assess the request, provide cost estimates, and carry out the work as required.
